Sending a website or WhatsApp enquiry does not book a collection. A job is confirmed only after we agree the items, volume, access, collection date, fee and any specialist handling in writing or directly with the customer. An estimate may change when the actual load or work differs materially from the information supplied; any revised amount should be agreed before additional work proceeds.
3. Acceptable materials and access
Waste type, weight, parking, lifting access, stairs, gate widths and safety conditions can affect acceptance. Certain appliances, upholstered furniture and plasterboard may need separate processing. Asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste or other hazardous and restricted materials must be declared in advance and may be declined or referred to an appropriately authorised specialist. Demolition work is assessed separately.
4. Service locations and timing
We accept enquiries from London, surrounding counties and suitable wider UK locations. Travel, same-day or next-day availability and the collection schedule are confirmed for each job and are not guaranteed by descriptions on this website.
5. Responsible waste handling
Customers can independently check waste-carrier registration CBDU634308 using the Environment Agency public register. Ask for appropriate waste documentation for your job. Registration does not guarantee acceptance of every waste type or authorise activities requiring separate permits.
6. Photography and external links
