1. Who is responsible for your information?
The data controller is Any Waste Removal Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16964847. Contact us about personal information at info@anywasteremoval.uk or call 07365 938630. Our registered office details are published in the Companies House register. This is a collection service, not a walk-in shop.
2. What information might we receive?
When you contact us, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, collection postcode and address, details and photographs of waste, preferred dates, or other information needed to quote and arrange collection. The website quote form prepares a message for WhatsApp; you choose whether to send it in WhatsApp. It does not automatically send a copy of that form to our website server.
3. Why we process information
We use information to respond to enquiries, estimate costs, assess access and waste restrictions, prepare quotes, arrange agreed collections, manage customer correspondence and keep necessary business or waste records. The usual lawful bases are taking steps before entering into a contract or performing a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to genuine enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations for relevant records. Optional analytics are used only following the choice described in our cookie notice.
4. Who handles information?
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process security and technical logs. The optional website chat assistant first displays information and may send the question and limited previous messages to Cloudflare Workers AI for generating answers. We encourage visitors not to enter names, telephone numbers, full addresses or other private information in chat; they should use WhatsApp, email or phone to provide booking details. Common contact details are masked where detectable before AI processing. Chat is not a booking service; a member of our team confirms quotations and appointments. If you contact us through WhatsApp, email, telephone or Google, those providers process information under their own notices. If a job requires an authorised waste transfer, disposal partner or professional adviser, relevant information may be shared only as needed for the service or lawful records. We do not sell customer contact information.
5. Storage and retention
We keep enquiry and service records only while reasonably needed for dealing with the enquiry, providing and documenting the work, resolving disputes and fulfilling applicable accounting or waste-management obligations. The period depends on the nature of the record and any legal requirement. You may contact us to ask about a particular record, request correction, or ask for deletion where the law allows.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site remembers your privacy choice in browser storage. Optional anonymous interaction counts (WhatsApp, phone and service clicks) are sent to Cloudflare Worker logs only if you opt in. They include the action type and page path, not your postcode, name, phone number or message. Google Analytics tracking is not configured by default; if enabled it will also load only after opt-in. You may decline optional tracking and change that decision on the cookie preferences page.
7. Google reviews
We may show publicly shared Google Business Profile reviews, including the reviewer's chosen display name, rating, text and date. The automated connection is currently optional and only shows real reviews once connected; the displayed business-reported total is not a substitute for Google's current rating. See Google's own privacy controls for changes to reviews posted there.
8. Your UK data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of personal information, and to data portability. Contact info@anywasteremoval.uk to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Updates and questions
We may update this notice when our tools, service providers or operating processes change. If you have a question about a particular collection enquiry or your information, please contact us using the details above.
Updated 22 October 2026. This notice must be reviewed against actual business operations and data-processing arrangements.
